Come and join our creative, friendly and fun team as our Studio Manager!
This role will involve working both front and back of house so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a customer facing position as well as being organised with great attention to detail.
As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
This is a key role that requires a strong and proactive individual, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of studio operations
- Supervise a small team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organised studio environment
- Assist in handling customer inquiries
- Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives and events
The ideal candidate will be from a hospitality/retail background, we don't require any direct arts/ceramics industry experience as full training will be provided.
This is a full time and permanent position, you must have availability to work Wednesday to Sunday.
